We can’t say us followers of Christ without forgiving each other. Let’s pray

Prayer for forgiveness in the Bible

“Heavenly Father I come forward to your throne in Jesus name. I believe that you sent Your begotten Son into this world for my redemption. Jesus I confirm that you lifted the heavy Cross for me, you died on the Cross and rose from the dead on the third to pay the price on my behalf. Father, I confess my sins and ask your forgiveness through the precious Blood of Christ. Forgive me and cleanse me from my sins. I trust you are listening me and have forgiven me from my generational and individual sin. in Jesus name I ask AMEN”

Power of forgiveness in the Bible

The Power of forgiveness in the Bible we can see vastly throughout the scripture. We can’t even pray with holding attornment and anger in our heart.

Forgiveness is a central theme in the Bible, and it is one of the most powerful tools that we have as Christians. The Bible teaches us that God is a forgiving God and that we too should forgive others as we have been forgiven.

Forgiveness is not only important for our relationships with others, but it also has the power to transform our lives.

When we hold on to grudges and refuse to forgive, we allow bitterness and resentment to take root in our hearts, which can lead to emotional and physical problems.

However, when we choose to forgive and show our love to Him, we release ourselves from the burden of anger and hurt, and we open ourselves up to the healing power of God’s love. Jesus showed us the pattern of forgiveness by forgiving those who crucified him and praying for them, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34).

We are called to follow his example and forgive others, not just once but repeatedly, as we have been forgiven by God. Forgiveness is not always easy, but it is a powerful act that has the potential to bring healing and reconciliation to our relationships, both with others and with God.

6 Bible verses on forgiving others

Here are 6 powerful verses about forgiving others in the Bible:

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God has forgiven you.”

Ephesians 4:32

“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath”

Ephesians 4:26

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” – Colossians 3:13 (NIV)

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, ‘Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?’ Jesus answered, ‘I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.'” – Matthew 18:21-22 (NIV)

“And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” – Mark 11:25 (NIV)

“For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” – Matthew 6:14-15 (NIV)

Forgiveness in the Bible Mathew

“Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.” Matthew 5:23-24

Jesus emphasizes the forgiveness in Mathew. As forgiveness is foremost than any other religious ritual even. Our God is forgiving God He showed His love and forgiveness through the sacrifice of His Son. For our redemption, He bared all sufferings Himself which we had to face.

Now we need to receive His forgiveness and forgive others as God wants it from us.

Dreams Visions Nightmares Truth Behind https://www.blessed-toserve.com/dreams-visions-nightmares/ https://www.blessed-toserve.com/dreams-visions-nightmares/#respond Thu, 24 Nov 2022 07:03:57 +0000 https://www.blessed-toserve.com/?p=280 Read more]]> Scientists say that on average we dream 4 dreams per night. We usually forget most but some profound ones we do remember in the morning, but still, things are yet to unfold research is in progress about dreams and their mechanism.

We sleep one-third of our life if let’s say one person 8 hours per day sleeps so how many good and bad dreams have, we had? In this article, we’re going to explore the truth behind dreams visions, and nightmares in the Christian Biblical context. Without ado let’s start.

Dreams visions Nightmares in Biblical context

JOB 33:15 ” In a dream in a vision of the night when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed then He openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction. While we’re sleeping He opens up the ear of men to listen.

JOB 7:13-14’

When I think my bed will comfort me and my couch will ease my complaint even then you frighten me with dreams and terrify me with visions.

Numbers: 12:6 “He said, Listen to my words: “When there is a prophet among you, l, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.

God reveals His plans to the prophets in visions and dreams. There is written ” God doesn’t do anything until He reveals His plans on His people”

ACTS: 2:17: “In His last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit on all people, your sons and daughter will prophecy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Young and old people will see visions and dreams, but not like that, you dreamed 4 dreams and 3 forget. Those dreams are never forgotten which God shows.

Proverbs 3:24

If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

Psalm 56:3

When I am afraid I will put my trust in you,

God has the authority and power to set us free from evil dreams plus the consequences of these dreams, when you sleep seal yourself in the blood of Jesus Christ, anoint yourself, surrender yourself before Him, Pray and say Holy Spirit I give control of my dreams to you, I want to keep myself Holy I don’t want to sin even in the dreams. God listens to us.

Deuteronomy 13: 1-3

I if a prophet or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place and the prophet says “let’s follow other Gods ( God you have not known) and let us worship them”,

God clearly informs us don’t follow those prophets who even have certain powers and wonders to surprise us.

Dreams and nightmares explained

Some dreams we dream of since childhood or for years, and some are pleasant enough that even our whole day spends in that certain pleasant vibe. At the same time, some are so horrific enough that we don’t even want to remember. For example the death of somebody so close to us. Some are bizarre and dirty that we are ashamed to recall in our conscious minds.

There are blessings released in the dream. Sometimes when we get blessed in dreams we are blessed in real as well. when Pastors or people of God dream about us, God sends His people to bless us, blessings entered our lives through dreams.

Breakthroughs opportunities substantial God reveals in the dreams. God even reveals the traps of the enemy.

We see in the Bible Joseph “the Dreamer”. God has blessed him with the special gift of dreams interpretation. One of his dreams of glory “Moon and stars are bowing down to him” brought a huge wave of jealousy among his brothers, who even became the enemy of his life.

They started calling him the dreamer. They attempted to kill the dreamer and his dream but the thing is it is granted by God no one can steal from you.

From throwing into the pit to be sold to the Fotifer, from the house of Fortifier to the prison, and the journey from prison to the palace of Pharaoh and finally becoming the second highest after king in Egypt. God is so good He knows to create goodness in any bad situation.

On the other side, the devil tries to do the same, who have a great destiny he wants to destroy it. Great destiny is not a great position in life. Life without Jesus is no destiny. If you’re in the feet of Jesus you hold a great destiny. Our destiny is eternity with Jesus.

Now, what is the enemy doing? As he is a stealer hence, he is trying to steal everything that is awarded to us. But when we’re faithful to the Lord none of his traps could be successful. has access to our dreams as well.

The most common nightmare dreams examples

Dreams are out of our control for this reason we dream unwanted dreams.

Snakes (enemy)

Webs

Spiders (fix the issues)

Dirty water (something alarming)

Falling teeth

Running behind something

Climbing

Falling

Sleep paralysis

Demons/man/woman violating you

Sexual dreams

Meeting with your dead family members

Being shot or injured.

We all need to have deliverance from the list above. We have to give control of dreams, as we can’t do it by ourselves.

Should I share my dreams with everyone:

Be careful never to share your dreams with everyone. Special your profound dreams shouldn’t be shared. the person whom you’re sharing can release blessing or jealousy spirit can catch anyone. Share with that one who’ll edify you, who’ll stand with you in prayer for the fulfillment of those dreams.

I was used to sharing my dreams with people in the early day of my ministry, we get excited to share our beautiful dreams, it’s ok to share but look how many are there to steal that blessing. How many bad vibes a person is holding against your profound dream? Well, gradually we learn to control our feelings and emotions.

How to stop nightmares and vivid dreams

To stop nightmares and vivid dreams we need to call HOLY SPIRIT desperately to guard our dreams. It won’t happen instantly; you would have to pray for it for some time.

Still, the enemy will try to disturb you but gradually Holy Spirit will awaken you when you dream such nightmares.

We have to strongly tie with Holy Spirit to get rid of and avoid bad dreams.

The devil can have access to our dreams In the daytime, we are being conscious and alert to fight against any temptation and enemy traps. But soon as we go to sleep our conscious mind sleeps with us.

This is the time when the enemy utilizes this time to so the seed of diseases, sickness, poverty, addiction, fear, doubts uncertainty, and fighting through dreams, nonetheless, the people of God can’t be accessed by his agents.

The fact of the matter is the powers of darkness and evil can’t approach the one who is all the time guarded with the fire of the Holy Spirit. This kind of anointing doesn’t stay just because of a weekly Sunday service and a daily ten-minute prayer, rather than praying every time in the Spirit.

Can tarot cards ruin your life?

Where do this uncertainty and doubts come from? When the raw believers fall into the traps, people of God who’re not deeply enrooted to the Lord get deceived by the enemy through appealing problem-solving solutions.

When the prayers are not answered they approach the fortune tellers. As they reach those so-called experts such as astrologers, tarot cards, and crystal balls, the enemy gets the legal right upon them.

The moment you show your hand to them they have the power to steal your blessing.

The people who go to the magicians and Pandits. They attract believers with symbols of Christianity like THE HOLY BIBLE, the CROSS, and the poster of Jesus. A lot of people get tempted by such a disguise, and the devil starts planting his seeds through the dream.

We hold a great destiny when we are in the presence of the Lord, what is our destiny?? Our destiny is eternal life with Jesus Christ. At the same time enemy is on his agenda to steal every good thing from us including our great destiny. But Praise the Lord being in Christ we’re secure and sheltered from the traps of the enemy.

So what to do then, Always raise your hands in front of God instead of the astrologer. You give huge access to the demons n your life when you place your hand in front of the fortune teller.

If you had been there to the above-mentioned places, God wants to release you from these bondages. Just open up yourself in front of Him and He’ll set you free.

Prophetic dreams does God show you the future?

God speaks through dreams and shows us the upcoming blessings. My morning and the entire day are spent in an unexplainable joy and anointing when I dream about praying and worshiping the Lord.

Many of us must testify about dreams and how God spoke to us through dreams. There are sometimes warnings for us in our dreams besides goodness. God wants to alert us to a certain thing or incident that is going to happen in our life or Someone’s life.

I’m sure you might have dreamed badly about something and it similarly happened in that way. For example, sickness, financial loss, or anything that haunts us. God gives us signs to be alarmed and start praying.

Final Thoughts:

Dreams are obvious to every human we don’t have control over it. But God is in control. Some are good and some are definitely bad. Nightmares and dreams hold a massive impact on our life. Enemy access tries to attack us through evil dreams. Hence we need to cover ourselves and our families with the blood of Jesus Christ as well as give control to the HOLY SPIRIT of our minds and dreams. So that we stay holy and blessed in our dreams too.

What should we ask in the prayer?

Ask wisdom from God, ask discernment from God. The most important things to ask are the wisdom of God and discernment to have insight into what is right and what is wrong.

Does God give dreams that are visions?

Yes, some dreams become visions. God can give you vision in dreams. However, you need to get assured about that particular vision. If you would ask for confirmation, certainly God will affirm it multiple times. Further, you can discuss that vision with your church pastor.

Should Christians Celebrate Halloween 2022 https://www.blessed-toserve.com/should-christians-celebrate-halloween-2022/ https://www.blessed-toserve.com/should-christians-celebrate-halloween-2022/#respond Sat, 08 Oct 2022 17:16:51 +0000 https://www.blessed-toserve.com/?p=249 Read more]]> Should Christians celebrate Halloween? is a common question that comes in our mind when we’re near or passing through this season. Of course ever true believer must ask him/her self about this widely celebrated occasion.

But before starting this post let me clear I’ll express the the generally existed thoughts related Halloween as well as my personal ideology based on the Biblical theology. Being a true follower of Christ it is our prime role to spread the truth, no matter how stronger we are in our faith if we don’t do our job that Jesus has assigned us everyting is meaningless.

Halloween is a holiday that is celebrated on the night of October 31. It is believed to have originated with the Celtic festival of Samhain, which was a time to celebrate the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter. Halloween has become a popular holiday in recent years, with people dressing up in Halloween costumes and going to parties. There are also many traditional activities associated with Halloween, such as carving pumpkins and bobbing for apples.

Should Christians Celebrate Halloween clear and unbiased facts:

Well the most authentic source to quote here is the “Word of GOD” the Holy Bible clearly says no to Halloween”

There’s no co-relation between God and evil. It is written

 Galatians 5:16
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.

Now it is day light obvious that the Halloween celebration now a days is not a Spiritual festivities as per Biblical grounds. So how can we justify it to celebrate as a Christian.

10 Bible verses about Halloween

1 Corinthians: 10:21
Ephesians 5:11
Ephesians 4:27
1 Peter 5:8
Isaiah 5:20
Romans 13:12
James 4:7
Ephesians 5:15
John 3:19
Luke 10:19

The history of Halloween?

So what is the history of this spooky holiday? Halloween has been a holiday celebrated by people all over the world for centuries. The history of Halloween can be traced back to pagan times when it was originally a festival to honor the dead. Others say that it is an old church Christian festival that was celebrated in memory of the dead. Over time, Halloween has evolved into the holiday we know today, with children dressing up in costumes and going trick-or-treating.

Today, Halloween is one of the most popular holidays in the United States. Every year, millions of Americans celebrate by decorating their homes, carving pumpkins, and attending Halloween parties. The tradition of trick-or-treating is also still alive and well, with children dressing up in costumes and going door to door in search of candy.

What do Christians believe about Halloween?

Halloween has its roots in pagan celebrations like Samhain and All Hallows Eve. Yes, the festival originated from the Catholics especially the designated day of prayer for the commemoration of recently departed souls and saints. its roots are  Christians, and this makes the holiday off-limits. Others argue that Halloween can be a time to celebrate God’s power over evil.

Here are three things Christians should know about Halloween:

1. Its origins are pagan, not Christian.

2. It’s a day when evil is celebrated.

3. It can be a time to celebrate God’s power over evil.

Is it a sin to celebrate Halloween?

In the Christian faith, there is some debate over whether or not it is a sin to celebrate Halloween. While some Christians believe that the holiday is rooted in paganism and therefore should be avoided, others see it as a harmless way to have fun and enjoy fall festivities.

Whether or not you believe celebrating Halloween is a sin, it is important to be respectful of other people’s beliefs. If you do choose to celebrate, consider doing so in a way that does not glorify violence or evil. For example, you could host a pumpkin-carving party or go trick-or-treating with your family. Whatever you do, make sure your intention is to have fun and spread joy, not fear.

What are some alternative ways to celebrate Halloween?

Halloween is a time for candy, costumes and fun. But not everyone celebrates the holiday in the same way. Here are some alternative ways to celebrate Halloween.

One alternative to the traditional Halloween celebrations is to have a movie marathon. This can be done with friends or family and is a great way to relax and enjoy some spooky films. Another option is to visit a nearby town or city that celebrates Halloween in a big way. This could involve going to haunted houses, hayrides or other events that are offered.

For those who want to avoid crowds, there are still plenty of ways to celebrate Halloween. Decorating one’s home in festive style is always an option, as is carving pumpkins or making homemade treats.

Can Catholics celebrate Halloween?

Yes, Catholics can celebrate Halloween. In fact, many Catholics do celebrate Halloween. For some, it is a time to remember and pray for the dead. Others see it as a fun holiday to dress up in costumes and eat candy. Regardless of how one chooses to celebrate Halloween, it is important to remember that the holiday has religious roots.

Conclusion:

Christians should not celebrate Halloween because it is a holiday that glorifies evil. Instead, Christians should focus on celebrating the life of Jesus Christ and sharing the gospel with others.

3 Reasons Why Jesus Died For Us https://www.blessed-toserve.com/why-jesus-died-for-us/ https://www.blessed-toserve.com/why-jesus-died-for-us/#respond Tue, 23 Aug 2022 08:48:09 +0000 https://www.blessed-toserve.com/?p=225 Read more]]> Jesus died for us.

It might sound like a simple statement, but why Jesus died for us?

Some people today deny God and think that the idea of Jesus dying is an unreasonable thing.

This article is going to attempt to explain why Jesus chose to die as a sacrifice for our sin as opposed to any other possible method (such as just forgiving everyone.)

I believe that we should start by understanding why we sin in the first place.

The majority of Christians will say that they sin because of lust or greed, and this is true in some cases.

Why do we sin?

We all have desires. Some desires are good and pure, such as the desire to be kind and generous.

However, we also have lustful desires that we want to sate with sinful means.

As humans, we were created by God and He made us perfect beings.

The fact that we sin is why most Christians believe that there is a devil and hell.

This isn’t why Jesus died.

Jesus came to Earth and took on humanity because God loves us.

God loves us so much that He made a way for us to be reconciled with Him. God, Himself is the reason hence He begotten son for our redemption.

The fact of the matter is His divine nature demands justice at the same time His everlasting love for a human.

This is why we need a savior, who took the cross on our behalf. As we sinned and it separated us from God, but God still loved us and wanted to fix the whole matter regardless of punishing man for his sin.

Have you ever wondered why Jesus came to Earth?

God loves us so much that He made a way for us to be reconciled with Him. The Bible tells the story of how Jesus, who is God in human form, came down from heaven and took on humanity. He lived a perfect life and died on the cross as our substitute—taking upon Himself all of our sin and shame. Then three days later, He rose again! This means we can have eternal life through Him if we believe in His death for us.

Why Jesus died for us 3 main reasons

Why-Jesus-Died-For-Us

This article is going to be a bit long read to have insight into Why Jesus died for us, so gear up your coffee mug and join us.

Ok, first of all, we’ll discuss some unchanging universal laws and some exclusive personality traits of almighty God.

God himself set these laws and His Divinity means to nurture those principles with great discipline. Let’s explore the following attributes of God’s nature that aspire Jesus to die for us.

  1. God is love.
  2. Death is obligatory upon every sinner.
  3. No forgiveness without bloodshed.

Before discussing the topic of why Jesus died for us, let me tell you a thing that this question needs to be addressed for every Christian believer and nonbeliever. Unfortunately, some believers keep a vague idea in their minds and are not so logical about why Jesus died for us.

My heart aches when adult believers even have an opaque concept of Jesus’ crucifixion. Now let’s come o the point,

God is love:

There is no evidence needed to prove that God is love, Hence He loves us We have covered in depth God’s love in this post you can read more :

Death is obligatory upon every sinner.

Death is there for every sinner. This covenant was made by God so how can God change this death sentence for man once He sinned? But as always Love comes first.

No forgiveness for a sinner without bloodshed.

No forgiveness for a sinner without bloodshed. Well, the trio covenants drive Lord to make a way out by which love and justice are both fulfilled.

God Himself incarnate in Jesus, here we see love took the sins on Him and died for us look justice concluded. Our sins were put on His account and His righteousness we were awarded.

Conclusion paragraph: Jesus died on the cross for our redemption. This act of sacrifice was planned out by God himself to rescue man from death and give us eternal life. Jesus died for us because He is the reason Himself. Salvation is a gift, freely given to anyone who comes to him in faith. Embrace your new identity as one forgiven and loved by the Father through his perfect Son, Jesus Christ!

  • Jesus died for us because he loved us
  • Jesus died to save the world from sin and death
  • Jesus died as a ransom, paying a price for our freedom
  • Jesus’ death was an example of love and sacrifice
  • The cross is the ultimate symbol of God’s love for humanity
  • We can’t earn salvation through good works but we can receive it by faith in Christ’s work on the cross
  • Jesus died on the cross to atone for our sins
  • Jesus was nailed to the cross because he took our place and died in our stead
  • Jesus is risen, so we know that death has no power over us
  • The first thing we should do when someone dies is remembered that they are with Christ now
  • We should ask ourselves what it would be like if we had to die today
  • Death is not something to fear; instead, it’s a passage into eternal life with God

How Does Prayer Work https://www.blessed-toserve.com/how-does-prayer-work/ https://www.blessed-toserve.com/how-does-prayer-work/#respond Fri, 14 Jan 2022 16:40:13 +0000 https://www.blessed-toserve.com/?p=109 Read more]]> Prayer is such a powerful tool but we don’t understand its force yet.

How does prayer work? Is a weird yet logical question that arise sometimes in our mind

We all know that prayer can be an incredibly useful tool for dealing with problems and making decisions. But most of us don’t understand how it works or what to do when our prayers aren’t answered the way we want them to be.

We shall teach you everything you need to know about how does prayer work so that you can start using this incredible power in your life today.

A prayer is a powerful tool, but how does it work?

Many people would like to pray for something, but they don’t know-how. They have no idea where and when to start. This article helps you with that.

In this article, I will explain the most important things about prayer and show you how to get started right away!

What is prayer and how does prayer work?

Prayer is the communication and connection one has with their god. Prayer can be done mentally or out loud, but it’s most powerful when you speak directly into that spiritual space where nothing else exists except for your loved ones on earth (and maybe some animals).

Prayer helps people find peace within themselves even if they’re going through tough times because all religions have something called “the power of trust” which teaches us how important having faith does matter!

Prayer is an act of worship that can be activated with any object, or force for good. Prayer may involve communicating to God through deliberate communication and mediation on your behalf.

The definition states “prayer” comes from the Latin term “propere” meaning ‘to pray. This means those who practice it are asking forgiveness while seeking assistance in their everyday lives – just like how you would ask someone else out if they were willing!

The most bona fide way of prayer that works certainly Prayer in the Bible

we see in the bible Jesus taught His disciples

Christmas Instagram PS Canva

“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever.

The lord’s prayer is an “SOP” Jesus gave us, our prayers must be designed according to the Jesus guideline: so when we start our prayer we say

“our father” shows we proclaim Yahweh our father through Jesus Christ.

, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name We reflect on God’s being heavenly and His greatness and glory.

Give us this day our daily bread Word of God is our daily bread food for our spirits. We need to read regularly Word of GOD before prayer.

Prayer does work when we claim God’s promises in our prayer. Prayer becomes “Dunamis”  with the Word.

thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. we honor Him through accepting will in our life regardless it is not as per our choices. Our prayers can’t work when we hold grudges in our hearts.

The other most effective component that Jesus told us is “forgiveness” prayer does work when forgiveness is part of our daily routine.

and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil we ask protection from the evil.

For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. And at the end of the prayer, we again confess His sovereignty and Almightiness.

Last but not least prayer does work when we pray with Holy Ghost, spirit-filled prayer reaches directly to heaven.

Prayer does work When we pray according to God’s will, there are some principles of the kingdom of heaven. we need to utter these principles in order to work our prayers. that prayer works surely.

The benefits of prayer one of the most important things people can do for themselves is to pray. Prayer offers a way out from many tough times and situations in life because it’s hard not having hope when you’re asking something from Lord that seems too big!

Prayer is a powerful and spiritual experience. It can be used for many things, such as asking God for help with goals or just wanting guidance on your day-to-day life; though some people think it’s more than that because they experience an increased sense of calmness when near houses where paintings are depicting religious scenes from different religions

Prayer has also been shown to positively affect one’s health outcomes such as decreasing feelings of Stress.

“Prayer circles have extensive scientific research behind them.” The benefits listed here contradict each other–some say stress levels go down while others report no change at all! I suspect this could be due in part to what type/amount of prayer is being practiced: if someone participated fully in every

How to Pray for Others

You can pray for other people in a variety of ways, but you must remember how each person feels when they’re being prayed for. For example, if someone close to us has just passed away and their dearly missed by family members who are still here on earth – our thoughts should naturally go out with love because the bereaved family needs comfort.

Prayer can heal those wounds that can’t be healed through anything else.

Prayer in different cultures

Prayer has been practiced for centuries in many different cultures and traditions. Prayer can be used as an important way of connecting with our creator, but how we pray varies greatly depending on where you live or what your religion may entail.

To make it easier to understand let’s take Christianity – one type might say “Our Father” while another could call out their deity by referring them directly by name (eg Jesus).

Why do we need to pray even when things seem fine?

When we pray, it brings us peace. It is a time to connect with God and ask for His guidance in our lives as well as others. Praying even when things seem fine can help remind us that many blessings are waiting just around the corner!

Praying can help us see the blessings in our lives more clearly and work towards a better future. you can learn more about thanksgiving prayer points.

A prayer is just like any other conversation we have with God: it’s necessary for communication, but never at its own expense of listening or talking back! When you’re feeling down about your circumstances (or even if things are going well!) remember that he wants nothing less than what’s best –

Prayer is a connection with God that must be restored whether things are according to us or not so.

A personal story about the power of prayer in my life.

My life is full of many testimonies in which the power of prayer has worked a lot, I would like to mention one of them in particular Which is about my son’s healing.

Joshua is ten years old He has been perfectly healthy since childhood but three years ago he was attacked by cough variant asthma.

being a health care professional, you can imagine what I must have done still nothing could be achieved.

In the early days of my spiritual journey my belief in prayer was not so firm I was a doubtful person, whenever any of my prayers were heard, I was in a state of uncertainty I could find some reason for that answered prayer instead of giving credit to the Lord because Satan whispers in my ears that it happened due to this or that. For example, in physical healing, I associate this healing with any medication or doctor.

But when I was praying for my son, I learn nicely that healing comes straight from heaven through Christ neither medicine nor doctor can heal someone but only God.

I tried everything home remedies, medical prescriptions, and diet but nothing was going in the right direction my son had the early and morning symptoms regularly.

Finally, we got the healing for our Son, we prayed for him for two years and he healed in Jesus’ name. praise the Lord.

Why do people pray?

We all have moments where we need God’s help and guidance in our lives. When you’re feeling lost or alone, it can seem like there is no way out but prayer provides a connection with heaven that not even death will break because through faith everything possible has been performed for those who call on Him so what do ya prefer? Life is full of unanswered prayers vs having everything taken care of.

For many, prayer is an important part of their everyday life. Prayer can help you find peace in your mind and soul when things seem bleak or it could be used as a tool to express gratitude for what we have been given by God above all else!

The benefits of praying to God

We get Spiritual growth through prayer Prayer is an ancient form of communication with God. Prayer can be used as a spiritual exercise that helps build our faith, heal mental and emotional disorders such prayer or meditation help out to get rid of stress and depression. we need more prayer when things are not in our favor we start thinking why does this happen to me why does God allow suffering.

Prayer can be a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Prayer helps us build self-confidence and feel connected to God in moments when we need Him most

Final thought:

Prayer is a powerful tool for dealing with problems and making decisions. It can be incredibly useful, but we must understand how to pray for our prayers to work. In the Bible, Jesus tells us what principles prayer should follow so that it will be answered correctly. How can we stay positive when life is hard?

You’re not alone. Many people have felt this way before, and they were able to find peace in the midst of their sufferings

how to deal when God closes a door | when-God-closes-a-door

How to deal when God closes a door When we are in the midst of a difficult time, it can be easy to think that God has abandoned us. But this is not true. we shall discuss in this blog post How to deal in bad days when God closes a door,

  • If you have lost a loved one,
  • If someone has cheated on you
  • Divorced or separation
  • Someone dear to you has passed away,
  • If you are fired from the job
  • Financial loss

Staying positive through the bad days is truly an extremely challenging thing. we start thinking why God allow suffering to us But when we know how to listen for His voice and follow His guidance no matter how devastating things are running around, He will always lead us how to stay firm even through the most painful experiences. The Bible says “God will never forsake us”

We shall discuss how to deal when God closes a door as well as practical advice from bible verses and stories from people who have been passed through.

How to cope with the death of a loved one?

I have been witnessed that difficult time when my father left us alone was not an easy thing to deal with. And I am sure each one of us has been faced this situation,

  • How to cope with the death of a parent
  • how to cope with the death of a child,
  • how to cope death of husband
  • how to cope with pet or
  • how to cope with friends is probably equally harder as some relationships are deeply enrooted to our hearts.
    when God closes a door

what best practices we can opt to trust God!

Medical science explains dealing with a stressful situation through our automatic physiological reactions.

“Fight or Flight”

The best practice is to fight for this reason first step is to face bravely the unexpected and tough situations, we humans are strong enough beyond our thinking, Sometimes the things we are afraid to even think about, but when we go through these situations, we surprised to realize that we dare to pay for all these situations.

Parents, children, husbands, friends, and pets all these relationships are so close to our heart but we should keep a few things very clear in our mind that everyone comes into our life for a certain time frame and after the specific time eventually, they have to leave us, this is the law of nature.

However, this is not so easy but we can’t escape from this universal law. We can cherish the memories and the special moments in our hearts.

How to cope with the death of a loved one, is truly a difficult thing but being a Christian when we keep a special bond with our Lord, we believe he fills the gap so perfectly He exchanges the people and places the best things timely in our lives. “God will make a way where there is seems to be no way” Stay connected to God in the grieving time is the best practical approach to opt.

The other response is to flight, it is another way to cope up with the bad situation, escaping from the particular state but I do not support this response.

When God closes a door, He opens a window

When God closes a door, He opens up an opportunity for us to see what’s on the other side. We may not realize it when we first touchdown in the new place or experience but soon enough everything will make sense and things start looking brighter than ever before. Time is the best teacher to us.

When life deals you bad cards sometimes all hope isn’t lost – instead, there is always another chance at winning!

Sometimes when God closes a door, He opens another in every man’s life many times when they look for an answer how to continue their life or when they are looking for the reason why something bad happened to them wait and watch is another optimal approach.

Example from the Bible | when God closes the door

There are several other examples that we look at in the Bible where the people of God keep trusting and Obeying Him despite critical situations. Following are ideal examples:

  • Abraham
  • Noah
  • Joseph

Abraham

When God asked Abraham to leave His ancestor’s land and follow God’s instructions, God closed the one door on Abraham, but blessed him abundantly, obedience and trusting God in every situation how much is rewarding we see in Abraham’s life in the form of spiritually and earthly blessings.

we can imagine this situation if we are asked to leave everything without any clear guideline, it is not an easy decision. But Abraham believed and it counted in righteousness.

Noah:

But you have to remember that God has His plan for everything and it’s not always what we want

We all know the story of Noah when he built an arc for His family and animals to save them from the water that was going to flood the whole world.

Noah was building this arc God said to him not a word even when He saw that Noah was busy with it and when he finished this thing, He told him to go inside from there because when God closed a door for the other people in the world when they didn’t listen to His words when God closed a door for Noah, He saved his family and all animals from that huge tragedy. Our eyes cannot see the hidden hazards that our father Lord can see so he shuts the doors in our lives.

When you see bad things happen to you don’t ask yourself why, but when something good happens think of when God opened this new door in your life and how much better when He will open another one when you understand what He wants from you when just be patient and don’t give up on Him when things go not as we want them to.

Joseph:

Another is another ideal case for learning about when God shuts a door on someone’s life, He opens new for sure,

God’s plans in our life are so good we can’t even imagine, when Joseph was taken up to Egypt through extremely grinding circumstances, the closed door in his life caused bringing a enormous goodness in other family members living in the time of famine.

Seek help | don’t forget to ask Him for help!

God is always with you, and He will never leave your side. When the door to something positive closes because of bad luck or circumstance don’t forget that God can help give new doors open!

I don’t know what it’s like to have my prayers answered. But in these moments when bad things happen and doors close on me for no reason – _ask him for helping Him so He can help!

There is no need to elaborate on the benefits of prayer, Spare time regularly for praying and worshiping, it is the only key to opening the closed doors in our lives.

Remember the saying “God is good all the time!”

My personal experience When bad things happen and you feel like God has closed the door on your life, remember that He is always good. And He is of course, When can we say that God is good when we have a profound relationship with Him? though it is a long journey to comprehend because knowing about is absolutely opposite from knowing “to” Him. we can under it when we know about what is God’s love to man

Mentioning this saying will help with perspective when in these moments of hardship: “God Is Good All The Time!” you can read more about how important God’s love for man is.

You can’t give up on your dreams just because things are difficult- there will always be challenges but God is here with us every step of the way!

How to stay positive through the bad days?

The secret to staying positive during the bad days is counting your blessings. You may feel like you’re drowning in problems, but you must remember that good things are happening around you that aren’t obvious yet.

The secret to a positive attitude in the face of adversity is gratitude. One should always be thankful and appreciative for what they have, no matter how small it may seem at times or where you are today with your life’s circumstances.

I wasn’t born into wealth but I’ve learned that being happy with one’s lot means more than just not complaining – happiness shows up on every side! It shines through our words choices when we speak them aloud;

smiles light up someone else’s features as if by magic because this person knows exactly why she feels so good right now- whether by its thanksgiving dinner after fasting all day long OR simply taking time out during work hours.

Bottom line:

When God closes a door He surely opens up a new one we should keep trusting Him faithfully You’ll never know what will happen tomorrow, so why worry about it? He will bring good to us no matter how much things are disastrous.

Try to put your negative thoughts in perspective and focus on how many good times you’ve had in past.

You may have a bad day or two from time to time but the important thing is that overall things are going well for YOU which means they can always get better!

Examples of Thankful people in the Bible:

Bible is full of various examples of thankful people who spent their entire life trusting God in difficult times, no matter what circumstances they faced trusting God and being thankful  remained the integrated part of their life.

Do you feel sometimes hard to say thanks to the Lord amid hardships, 11 examples who were thankful in the Bible? here in this article we shall discuss and enlighten the life of those incredible characters of the Bible.

Prophets and disciples are distinguished role models of thanksgiving souls, undoubtedly Jesus is exceptional from all these characters, here is the list below stories of gratitude in the Bible who made the difference through being faithful and thankful to God in the hard times

11 examples of thankful people in the bible

list of thankful people in the Bible:

  • ·       Noah
  • ·       Abraham
  • ·       Jacob
  • ·       Joseph
  • ·       Joshua
  • ·       Caleb
  • ·       Job
  • ·       Daniel
  • ·       Women with two pennies
  • ·       Paul and Salas

  Noah:

One of the earliest major events in the Bible is Noah’s flood story. The details are that God tells Noah to build an Ark or boat because he is going to destroy all life on Earth in a worldwide flood.

Animals came to the Ark by their own free will because presumably they were obeying their creator and could sense the waters coming and knew it would be safer. After the rain stopped, the Ark was opened and every kind of land animal stepped out to begin reproducing again.

Noah is a great example of thanksgiving. The Lord hears Noah’s groaning in his heart over how wicked everyone has become, but instead of destroying them all right then and there, he promises that he will not do it if Noah obeys the Lord goes and repopulates the Earth.

Noah is then blessed with great prosperity, including abundant harvests and food for his family and animals in his care. thanksgiving brings prosperity.

Abraham:

“And Abraham was old, well stricken in age: and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.” Genesis 24:1

The story of the faith of Abraham has been told countless times. Faith and thanksgiving are both connected. A thankful heart can hold a strong faith. Both traits are seen eminently in Abraham’s life.

This great man of God’s faith was tested twice, firstly, when he stood firmly in the wait for the promise of a child, in fact his wife’s ability to bear a child at an advanced age was out of the question but through faith, he became ” the father of many nations.”

Secondly, when He offered his son for sacrifice on heavenly command. Despite knowing that Isaac is his only son and at that age, both were not able to have more children. Still, he remained thankful and obedient to God.

Once God had initiated his promise with Abraham, he not only waited for the unlikely situation to occur but also remained grateful to God in all things.

” However. In Genesis chapter twelve we find that Abraham’s life had been filled with turmoil as he lived in a foreign land as an immigrant from his native city of Ur. The Lord saw the things that were going on in this man’s soul and moved to action through a special covenant he initiated with Abraham to give him a future and hope.

“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee.” Genesis 12:1 These are the words that began one of the most influential relationships in history.

Jacob:

Jacob was the son of Isaac and Rebecca. He was the third patriarch of Israel, father of Judah, and ancestor of the tribes that eventually developed into the twelve tribes of Israel.

Jacob is a great example of a thankful person in the Bible, He is a man of faith and thanksgiving.

Jacob went through plenty of difficulties during his long journey, we see that Jacob’s life was spent sometimes running in fear of his brother and escaping from his father-in-law,

yet he remained faithful to God and kept His commandments. One can learn from this how important it is not to lose faith when the times are rough, but instead to stay strong in faith. Let us take a look at the life of this great man of faith, who lived according to God’s commandments and was faithful all his life despite all sufferings that he endured.

Jacob is considered as an important figure of thanksgiving,

Joseph:

Joseph is another example of a thanksgiving person in the Bible, his life was spent in different ups and downs, still, he was a faithful and grateful man.

At some point in our lives we all experience struggle that tempted us like Joseph to give-up hope and faith in God. Joseph, son of Jacob is one of the most exemplary individuals whose life transformed from sorrows to triumphs because of his faith and thanksgiving nature.

Unlike other biblical persons, his life story records all the incidents which changed him as a person, made him understand pain and suffering, made him cry out to God for help. The book of Genesis records all the incidents that took place in his life.

Joseph was not an ordinary person but was gifted with dream interpretations and wisdom. He believed God has a plan for him, still, he pleaded to God many times for help when he was in trouble.

After 12 long years of serving Potiphar in a prison cell, he was imprisoned again falsely by his master’s wife who tried to seduce him. He refused her advances and he was imprisoned again.

His family used to live in Canaan, but after famine struck Canaan they moved to Egypt for the next 18 years where Joseph’s family grew up and with time his brothers forgot all about selling him into slavery.

we see his attitude is not complaining but thanksgiving. we can learn from Joseph’s life how to deal with the loss of loved ones.

Joshua:

Joshua was Moses’s assistant and the leader of Israel after Moses. He was the successor to Moses as instructed by God through Moses.

Joshua led Israel they defeated many kings including Jericho, Ai, and Gibeon. They entered the Promised Land after they crossed the Jordan River. The land was divided equally among tribes, so they lived in peace and prosperity.

Joshua was a great example of a thankful person in the Bible, He took the charge of Israel after Moses it was not an easy job, his life is a true example of being grateful and trusting God in every situation.

Guiding a nation like Israel, which was constantly complaining, was a big task but Joshua was an obedient servant of God,

He obeyed the commandments of God to his utmost ability even if it meant facing great difficulties. He did not have doubts about God’s plan for him or Israel, despite the challenges that lay ahead.

As a leader he had to make many important decisions like the front-line force was not the armed force, it was a team of worshipers and the priests who were giving thanks to the Lord, they were blowing trumpets, praising and worshiping God. Here we can see the power of thanksgiving and praising Lord that Israelites conquered the Jericho so easily.

Caleb:

Caleb is also a kind of thanksgiving person in the Bible his life is a true example of being grateful and trusting God. His grateful heart could see that no one else can see, as we have already discussed that faith and thanksgiving are correlated,

so, when Joshua sent three men on a recce before attacking the promised land, Caleb was the only man who reported nicely to Joshua related to the promised land,

For this reason, he was the one in that generation who could reach and get the property in the cannon.

Job:

the job was a man who lived in the land of Uz. He was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil. Job had seven sons and three daughters, and he owned 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yokes of oxen, and 500 donkeys. So that he was the greatest man among all the people of the East (Job 1:1-3).

Of course, Job’s life is a symbol of a thanksgiving character. We can barely find an example of Job’s patience. And this Patience is the fruit of thanksgiving.

The sufferings that Job faced are not an easy deal. We need to ask God to give us the thanksgiving heart like Job.

Daniel:

In the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and besieged it.

And the Lord delivered Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, along with some of the articles from the temple of God. Daniel was a prophet of that time he was also taken to the prison in the palace.

Instead of being in prison and even in the lion’s den his walk with God was faithful.

Without caring of the king’s orders he used to worship God in his scheduled timings.

A thanksgiving heart is brave.

Women with two pennies:

A woman who offered her small offering is another pure thanksgiving soul, You don’t have to have much to be thankful to God, A pure heart is essentially enough to give thanks to God.

The poor widow didn’t care about how much people were offering in the temple she offered what she had with a grateful heart.

undoubtedly God loves the happy giver.

Paul and Silas:

Paul and Silas were always thanksgiving guys to God no matter how bad the situation might be.

When they were in prison, Paul and Silas kept a thanksgiving heart (Acts 16:25-40)

Even when they had been beaten with rods, Paul and Silas still were singing songs of praise and thanksgiving. And we can see the power of thanksgiving that breaks the bondages.

Conclusion:

Patience and thanksgiving are those rides that don’t let their rider fall.

All mentioned above examples of Bible characters who praised god in hard times are as same as we are, our God is same God then why couldn’t be thankful.

Before looking the problems start counting blessings that God has given to us without even asking, there are thousands of reasons to say thanks to the God.

We can pray and ask God to give us a thankful heart, we can’t develop this habit overnight it takes time and effort. so keep asking, praying and stay connected to the Lord to be a thankful person.

God bless you.

why-does-God-allow-suffering

Why does God allow suffering?  In response to the earthquake and tsunami floods and famine, many were devastated by their sorrowful question: why does God allow suffering “Lord, why did you let this happen?” one of the most common questions people ask about life.

But there is no need to despair! And if you’re reading this blog post and asking yourself “why does God allow suffering?” then read on!

This is because it can be so easy for us who are suffering to question God’s love, or even worse- his existence altogether.

It is not only Christians whose faith is put to the test when tragedy befalls them or their loved ones. A child is diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, a tornado destroys an entire town,

or a terrorist attack claims the lives of innocent victims all around the world—how are they to understand God’s purpose in allowing suffering?

Suffering is not new. For centuries, people have struggled with understanding why God allows it, people mostly ask where is God when we suffer. we tried to answer these questions in this article please read more about God’s love for man for better insight.

Who is responsible for suffering in life?

It was the sin that caused all sufferings, God is not happy to see us in trouble, Adam and Eve were living a contented life in the presence of the Lord as long as sin was not entered in their life. the sin opposed suffering and pain in the human’s life as mentioned above in the Biblical verse.

Tests and trials:

Most of the time tests and trials both are misunderstood, however there is a clear difference between them, tests in the form of sufferings are essentially from God and come to promote us to the next level in our spiritual journey, and the trials are from Satan to destroy us.

Why does God allow pain, here is a great example from the Bible is Job. We see his suffering was his test from God, though extremely painful yet in terms of promotion and growth remarkable.

On the other side In the Eden Garden there was a trail in the shape of trap from the Enemy for destruction.

They were under the protection of God’s presence as long as they were sin free. but soon after sinning, they were vulnerable to be a soft target of Satan to bring pain, guilt and suffering.

God’s presence in our life shields us from the enemy’s attacks. Sin causes distance from God and Satan is looking for this distance.

This is not the first-time mankind has questioned why God permits suffering. Here are

Bible verses why does God allows pain and suffering

- God says: “The soul who sins shall die.” (Ezekiel 18:4). Paul reiterates this: “The wages of sin is death.” (Romans 6:23)
 - 1. Peter 5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

No sooner had Adam and Eve eaten from the Tree of Knowledge than they became aware of their nakedness, realized they were disobedient to God’s command, and covered themselves with fig leaves (Genesis 3).

However small an act of disobedience, God saw it as a rejection of His authority over them. He responded not just to their act of disobedience, but to the attitudes that motivated it.

The serpent had deceived Eve by telling her that eating from the tree would make her like God (Genesis 3:5).

So, when she ate from it and saw that she was not a match physically, mentally, or emotionally for the task God had given them in the Garden of Eden, she began to doubt that she was capable of fulfilling His will.

In his self-centered ambition to become like God, Adam insisted that he would gladly accept whatever punishment Eve deserved (Genesis 2:17). In response, God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:22).

The first thing God did was to remove them from the earth. He put an angel with a sword at the entrance to the Garden of Eden so they could no longer eat freely from its trees (Genesis 3:24).

Then, He expelled them and cursed the ground (Genesis 3:17-19).

God was not punishing Adam and Eve; He was merely holding them accountable for their disobedience.

Satan had challenged God’s authority, and mankind proved Satan right by disobeying. Suffering entered the world as a result of sin, but suffering did not originate with God. He is a God of love, not a cosmic killjoy.

we see in new "Romans 5:12" Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way, death came to all people because all sinned"

sin is the cause of all suffering and the pain and punishment of sin is in eternity in hell and not on earth.

How to overcome the sufferings?

we can blame Satan for introducing sin in the world but God has given us the Word and His Spirit so that we can avoid sin. God gives us freedom of choice which is a great responsibility. There are only two choices when faced with temptation – to give in or resist.

God could have created robots that never do evil, but then they would not be morally free and thus not be able to choose Him. He designed human beings so that they would love Him by free will, not be programmed to love Him.

God also could have created physical beings that never suffer illness or injury, but they would not be able to appreciate the gift of good health and strength. He designed human beings so that they would be able to appreciate pleasure and pain, success and failure, life and death.

therefore, it says in " 1 Corinthians 15:20-26" But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.

We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). We may go through difficult times, but we have hope in Christ’s resurrection from the dead and our promise.
